Who lived in the fortress, and what did music sound like when Mozart was a child? This family tour turns Salzburg into an adventure.

Mozart was a child prodigy himself, performing for emperors at the age of six. Your guide tells his story in a way that keeps children hooked, with little riddles and listening games in the old town.

Then it is up to Hohensalzburg Fortress, one of the largest preserved castles in Central Europe. Here children hear about knights, sieges and the Salzburg Bull, a mechanical organ with a mighty roar. Those who like can look for hidden animals and coats of arms on the walls.

On request we add the Marionette Theatre, where puppets perform The Magic Flute. The pace is child-friendly, with breaks and plenty of questions. The tour is private and priced per group.
